'Just DON’T. We were misled by pics and text - paid £102 for a shoebox room with minimal facilities and staff not overly helpful. We chose as it looked like they had a Greek restaurant plus steaks - turned up to be told they only do pizzas! We went somewhere else to eat. No breakfast as we are told the toaster isn’t working! Total joke of a place. Didn’t even give them any trade arms the bar. Never to return. '

'My one night stay at this hotel was ten out of ten . What it lacked from outside appearance was saved from smiling welcoming staff friendly locals. Great food both evening meal and breakfast. Sunday roast was HUGE. Everywhere was spotless . As a solo traveller felt very rekaxed. Well done to the Frocester. '

'A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks '

'Let's start with the positive first. It's a beautiful hotel visually, a little ways off the road on a private track with a wonderful view of the vally below. The staff were very helpful and provided good service when asked. The reception, lobby areas and bar were all warm, and comfortable. The grounds were well kept, looked beautiful and were safe.
