Bastide Saint-Martin

2 km from Cotignac, perched atop the rock, you'll find the Bastide de Saint-Martin, adorned with its seven columns. The site offers breathtaking views where the colors of Provence will never cease to amaze you. This family home, with nine beds, is fully equipped and offers all modern comforts. The accommodation: Just steps from the Chapel of Saint-Martin, the bastide is crossed by the spring of the same name. The meadows adjoining the house, as well as the pond, offer a playground for young and old. Guest access: The east wing (farm section) is not currently accessible. The areas around the house are accessible but can be dangerous for young children, especially the many terraces (low walls) and the watering basin. Other remarks: We are currently renovating and maintaining the bastide. - In 2019, we renovated the upper floors and installed a new bathroom on the 3rd floor; the electrical system was also brought up to code. - In the fall of 2020, we replaced the roof. - In the fall of 2021, we began work on restoring the pool and the columns. - In the fall of 2023, we renovated the kitchen and the first floor tiling.
