'We stayed at Hotel Paseo del Sol with my family and had a really good experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere.

'This was a very nice hotel. Others have said it needed updates, but honestly, it’s probably people who expect other countries out of this one. This is a great hotel if you want to be with the locals instead of the Tourist areas. Bring chargers with USB because USB ports and outlets are more prevalent. The home is beautiful, the pool was perfect, the communal pool was huge and war, the beach is right there!
The host was very responsive and so helpful. We forgot something and retrieved it without any trouble.

'Loved the grounds, the beach vibe, the upstairs deck. Had a great time in the water and the pool. Grocery store is about 3 minute drive. No great food nearby except pupusas (amazing). The photos are old, but I think the place is like a little sanctuary with all the flowers and plants. It was a lovely stay. About 1.5 hours drive to surf city. '

'For the price it was ok, but the trash around the beach was not appealing. The staff was nice and accommodating, they worked around an issue with my mother which I appreciated. The restaurant was a little slow and the communication was not as clear as it could have been. '
