'Il servizio spiaggia (non incluso nel prezzo) è pessimo, sporco, fatiscente, senza servizi igienici e acqua. Gli ombrelloni erano già assegnati , ma nessuno ci ha avvertiti, ( ragazzino ci ha poi fatto alzare dopo circa un'ora all'arrivo di chi aveva prenotato quella postazione). La struttura nel complesso è rimasta ferma agli anni 90 ..., per chi ama il vintage, ma assolutamente non adeguato il servizio spiaggia,'

'This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! '

'Quando arrivi quasi di notte e trovi un sorriso, un buon piatto per cenare nonostante la cucina fosse già chiusa, un buon letto per dormire, tanto silenzio ed una buona colazione, il tutto ad un prezzo comunque ancora sostenibile visto cosa c’è in giro oggi in tariffe, puoi solo che essere soddisfatto.
