'Niet helemaal schoon'

'Quiet flat in perfect location with good parking facility. Only a 10 min walk to the beaches either at Llafranc or Calella de Palafrugell. Communication with apartment owners (Hauzify and Pere) was easy with no problems paying or getting the key. Flat has everything you need. Bathroom/shower is a little small but functional and some furniture could do with replacing (balcony chairs are a bit old & uncomfy) but otherwise great and would stay here again. '

'Hoewel de woning wat mechanisch onderhoud nodig heeft ( 2 zonneweringen zaten niet aan het plafond, knop was van het fornuis, parketvloer kwam iets na ar boven in verband met lekkage van de wasdroger) is de ligging perfect en de woning was mooi schoon en stijlvol ingericht. We hoorden van vrienden ook vaker deze berichten, waarschijnlijk omdat de eigenaren in verband met Corona lange tijd zelf niet in de woning zijn geweest.'

'Onze vakantie was fijn in Platja d'Aro, het appartement viel tegen. Het was oud, schimmel in de badkamer, roest op de balkonmeubels. Het zwembad bleek, onverwachts, ivm onderhoud dicht. Dat viel tegen, je boekt namelijk verblijf met zwembad. De plek was wel ideaal, daarom zijn we gebleven maar ik ben niet positief over dit appartement, vrbo en de contactpersoon. '

'Le parking était sûr. Hôtel assez bruyant, coup de bélier circuit eau,déplacement de mobilier le matin et le soir, mal isolé phoniquement. Bidet inaccessible. Canapé peu confortable. '

'I find it somewhat expensive and charging a significantly deposit for an apartment that a/c unit doesn’t even work properly is really pushing it. It was about 3 weeks for the deposit to be refunded!'

'We stayed in the house during a walking tour on the Cami de Ronda. The house was a little worn and lacked basics for the kitchen. The real issue we had was that the house alarm repeatedly went off. Each time we opened the front door it would trigger a loud alarm and a call from the alarm company. When trying to contact the host, I realized the host was actually just re-listing this house from another site and it took most of the day to find the actual host and get a resolution to the alarm. ...

'Uns gefällt, wie bereits in den letzten vier Jahren, die Strandnähe, der Meerblick sowie der Umstand, dass alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Auch lange Spaziergänge am Meer entlang sind hier möglich. Die Geschirrspülmaschine bitte dringend erneuern.'
