'Unique: it was in the center of Santos, nicely decorated and clean. What I missed, was someone at the reception whom you can ask for advice or whatever. There’s no reception. You check in digitally. '

'Beautiful, functional apartment, comfortable for few nights stay. Could have used plugs that were accessible without having to move the night stand. Shower has some draining issues and almost overflowed several times. Both not major issues, very much minor inconveniences. However, we had an apartment on the 1st floor and it was so hard to fall asleep before midnight/1am as Prado (the restaurant) was directly beneath us and played music until then that you could hear through the floor. 'The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was modern, yet with antique touches. It was the most comfortable, clean and beautiful place we stayed for our entire trip. The check in process was great. The woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the breakfast that got delivered to our room and it was all great foods, so much that we saved 1/2 for the next morning. I would stay here again most definitely!'
