'We booked the Bernina Suites for one night for a planned train trip the next afternoon. After being in Tirano for less than one day, we wished we had planned to stay longer. Our studio room was spacious and comfortable, safe and clean. It was a joy to do some laundry after two weeks on the road (washer only but our travel clothes dried overnight on the provided drying rack). 'This property was a great find! About a 9 minute walk from the train station. The host provided excellent check in instructions with videos. She was very responsive to communication throughout our stay. She certainly went above and beyond. The property is brand new, thoughtfully furnished and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Lots of options for drinks and food only minutes away and a grocery store is steps away.'

'Very cozy and beautifully refurbished appartment. Bed was really comfortable and very quiet location.I think we were the first or one of the first to stay in the appartment and there were quite a few teething issues. No kettle, no toaster, no cutting knives, the washing machine didn’t plug in and there wasn’t a car parking space as described for the first night. Issues got resolved by day 3 when property manager returned from being away but communication before that was patchy. The check in...
