'Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of.'

'Very good . Clean , safe , comfortable studio with large balcony . Pool view . Located about 200 yards from Costco and super store Soriana . Unit is a studio . Great for singles or 2 people . Listening does not mention that it does have a hair dryer and iron and ironing board . If you have a car and don’t need to be on beach at all inclusive ( expensive ) resorts , this place is a steel . Great workout room and lounges . Has two pools ( one being tiled now . Honestly only thing missing that...

'The apartment was a perfect place to stay on our short trip to Cabo. Just a quick walk to the beach, and a quiet place to relax. The full kitchen is well stocked and the apartment is super clean. Alberto was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and checking in to the apartment was easy and did NOT include a timeshare speel! We'll definitely be back when we're in Cabo again!!'
