Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



PETS- - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 2 vehicles (including a golf cart).



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
