A spectacular view can be enjoyed from the living & dining area of Unit 1002. The full-length windows facing the water offer gulf views from the comfortable & newly renovated interior. Sophisticated coastal décor includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi/internet. There are solar shades to dim the bright morning sun when needed.


The eastern facing balcony is the place to be for an awesome sunrise with the sound of the surf below while pelicans and gulls soar majestically overhead. Enjoy your morning coffee here in tall chairs offering an unobstructed view.

The dining area has a counter-height table with 6 comfortable chairs for a better view of the beautiful coastline and ever changing sky. Three bar stools at the kitchen counter add extra seating.

The kitchen, with wood plank tile, granite countertops, new cabinetry and matching stainless steel appliances is well equipped for cooking your favorite seaside meals. Both drip coffee and Keurig systems are provided. A complimentary bottle of wine will be waiting for you as you check in.

The newly carpeted Master Bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a 32” flat screen TV and plantation shutters. There is a large closet & seating area. The en suite Master Bathroom is newly renovated with wood tile flooring. The vanity with a quartz counter top is well lit & supplied with toiletries and a hairdryer. The walk-in shower is tiled & has a built-in seat and shelves.


Unit 1002 is the perfect setting for your Mustang Island beach vacation. Two elevators insure easy access to the boardwalk, beach, pool, Jacuzzi and activity areas. Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are just minutes away.

A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Texas SandFest, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
