We arrived at 4:40 pm, and were not allowed to enter the unit until almost 5 pm (however check in is at 4 pm on the website, with a potential early check in at 3 pm). We did have groceries in the car and were ready to begin the vacation! The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen sink leaked all over, and was very difficult to turn off. We told the front desk and they came the next afternoon to fix it. However, the handle was still loose and we had a hard time turning off the water. At one point the bathroom lights would not turn on, but they fixed this issue. The smoke alarms went off several times when we used the kitchen. The master bedroom closet light flickered constantly. We were happy to be so close to the beach, the pools are lovely, and Dylan's pizza is great! We would return, but would not choose this unit again. We did ask for a late check out at 11 am (it is normally 10 am, but they say on the website you can ask for an 11 am check out). They informed us we could not have an extended check out time so we left on time. Also, the unit itself looks slightly different for the details of furnishing than on the website.
