Beach Weekend Bliss at The Sonador

The home location was great within the Palmilla community with great access to the pool. The bunk room was loved by the kids while parents could enjoy their coffee downstairs with a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The decor and home was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Everything is pretty perfect in this house. The ping pong table in the bunk room was a huge hit with our kids. Loved it all!

Amazing House

Everything about this house is fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom/living room/game room is great for kids or teens. We enjoyed a cocktail on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen is well-appointed. Definitely a house worth staying in!

We have stayed at Sonador before and it's the only place we would stay while visiting Port A. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. Sonador was a dream!

This house is amazing. Located so close to the pool, and Black Marlin. The home itself was great as each bedroom has it's own floor (3). The ping pong table was a TOTAL HIT! We would stay in this same house again. Decks were nice for viewing the sunset (over the golf course) and the house had everything - boogie boards, volleyball, sand toys. Thank you Sonador and staff and see you again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cable was locked and had to get technical support onsite to access. Upstairs TV was never solved. Simple cable would be a improvement to Apple whatever. The location, house and the other amenities were wonderful.

Amazing stay!

We loved the house and location! Loved that there were 2 rooms with king beds (each on separate floors) and then there was another room on the third floor with bunk beds and a ping pong table for older kids! Perfect location on the golf course (can see 2 holes)… comfy couches and super clean. I will say with an agency, it will be tougher getting an early check in as they send someone for inspection much later than the cleaners leave - unless maybe there is no one staying there the night before. Don’t count on an early check in which is a nicer feature with privately run vacation rentals. Vacasa manages lots of places in the area and they do an excellent job - this is the only real negative.

Terrific Beach House in Lovely community with Easy Access to the Beach. Very close to pool.

This beach house was ideal for a family travelling with small children. The house itself was immaculate but the layout was a godsend. The third floor had a large L-shaped couch, plus a day bed, and a queen sidzed bed. There was also a large TV and bathroom. This meant the third floor could be dedicated to the kids and left the adults a place to relax when they had gone to bed. The decor was new and tastfully chosen. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the garage parking for two cars and washing machine and dryer. We were a 2 minute walk from the pool which was ideal as we couldn't hear the noise of the pool but it was close enough that you could there very easily. We also were very close to firepit where we were able to enjoy S'mores. This was the perfect beach house with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. We will stay here again.

Comfortable and Stylish Home!

A few friends and I went to El Soñador for a birthday weekend and it was absolutely lovely! Andrea was very communicative and helpful when needed. This place had everything and a killer view from both the front and back of the unit. The art was tasteful and beautiful, and the furniture was comfortable and luxurious. I especially enjoyed the master suite bed frame and the huge driftwood "chain" piece on the dining table - so cool. Palmilla Beach is an awesome little community, the pool is only steps away and the beach is just a few more steps away! We especially enjoyed going out on the golf course at sunset. Easy access to everything on the island, but we didn't really go anywhere because El Soñador had all we needed.

Family vacation at Sonador!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! All amenities were excellent! Pool access and beach nearby made our trip a success… plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples/families! Golf course in our backyard was a hit!

Great vacation!

It was very clean and my family had plenty of space. Very comfortable. On night of big thunderstorm, the circuit breaker popped for front door lights and laundry room lights. We couldn’t find it to reset it. Really appreciated reverse osmosis water for drinking. Great coffee machine too. Felt like home, just near the beach…

Great Resort and Family House

This is a beautiful house in a resort property. Everything at the resort was 5 stars: pool, restaurants, bars, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella as well as service. We forgot steak seasoning and our server at Black Marlin was very kind and sent us home with some. This house is close to the pool and just a walk or golf cart ride to the boardwalk. The golf course did not disappoint. There is construction still happening in this neighborhood but the sites were clean and we barely noticed. The kids loved watching the construction workers. The house is very nice. Plenty of room for all of us 5 adults and 4 children. The 3rd floor open area was perfect for grandkid sleeping. Bring your own baby gates. You can easily keep everyone on second floor which is the main floor with two gates. We had a crawler and definitely needed them. There are no hot-pads in the kitchen and only a couple of towels. Since we had 4 children under 6 we cooked most meals at the house and needed hot-pads and towels. The washer and dryer were great, we only brought home clean clothes which was awesome. Renting a golf cart is recommended. House was pretty clean but our crawler did get dirty knees and feet crawling. We had to clean the floor for him. No mop to be found in the house, only a broom. Everything was in working order and the gas grill was a definite plus for cooking outside. We highly recommend this house and resort.
