This gorgeous one bedroom vacation beach rental on North Padre Island is located off Whitecap Blvd in the beautiful Beach Club Condominium complex. The condo is located on the third floor with stair access. The beach is a short 0.25 mile walk from condo. There is an assigned parking space with additional unassigned overflow parking for vehicles/boats. A vehicle rinsing station to remove unwanted salt and sand, is also located on the property and readily available to guests. Enjoy gated club house amenities, such as: 24 hr. fitness room, heated community swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and BBQ grills in the family picnic area.

The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with full size appliances and is a great functional space to create meals during your stay. There is a snack bar area with bar stools for the kids or meals on the go as well as a cottage bistro table that is perfect for a couple to enjoy a romantic dinner.

MASTER ENSUITE

Through the privacy door of the bedroom, you will find a serene space to relax after a long day at the beach. Outfitted with a Memory Foam King size bed and Bamboo sheets, a large smart television, a large walk in closet, a window overlooking Lake Padre, and a privacy door leading to the master bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Sunkissed Shoreline is located in the beach side community of Whitecap Beach on North Padre Island! Grab a fresh juice from Island Squeeze Fresh Juice Bar and Clean Eating before heading out for a day at the beach, or hit the Island Market for some beach snacks and beverages. Take a golf cart ride to Boathouse Grill for lunch by the waterside on Lake Padre. Just around the corner you will discover more restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. Day trips nearby include visiting the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, USS Lexington Museum, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, or catch a baseball game at Whataburger Field and cheer on the Corpus Christi Hooks!
