Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the view from balcony, everything was clean, place was very nice and updated. It is on the 3rd floor which we were aware of… but where parking is we had a truck and really couldn’t see our stuff in back to make sure it was safe.

perfect view

The check in process was easy, the owner did a good job communicating information that I needed in a timely manner. The place was just perfect for our kids and their friends. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, enough space for everyone to sleep and get ready in the mornings. The closet was great and had all the things we needed for the beach. THe view was amazing from the deck. You could see the ocean and enjoy the morning coffee or the evening wine. My oldest daughter loved to read out there in the evening. My husband loves to cook and was able to cook meals for the crew. Loved the open kitchen/living area! Thank you :)

Paradise Even During a Tropical Storm!

We had checked in a couple of days before Tropical Storm Alberto came through and Tiffany went above and beyond before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, and the beach is super close; even though the weather was a bit stormy, we definitely plan on returning!

Great Condo, perfect location!

Tiffany was a wonderful host and had everything ready for my family’s stay. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The condo is located a quick walk from the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location

This space was very big. We were super comfortable. They had extra bedding, an air mattress and all the necessities for the beach. The owner was super nice when communicating with me. And the location was perfect. In the same parking lot as the go cart rental place so super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice for family

The condo was absolutely awesome it was myself and my kids a d grandkids my grandson really enjoyed the beach toys and especially the boogie boards. Kitchen was fully stocked very comforting and relaxing. Enjoyed the music and karaoke from the tiki bar on the back patio. Very nice condo on the 3rd floor didnt mind stairs but my 13 year old ended up on crutches the day before we left to our vacation, so of course no elevator so that was a real wirk out for my daughter. Highly recommend for families.

It ok.

I do not believe that the information listed on the website that the condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The AC does not properly work in the master bedroom. However, the space is accommodated with several items such as towels, dishes and more. It is small child friendly. However, it does not sleep as many as they said. There is one full size bed and an over size couch along with the King size bed that should be replaced in the Master. The King size bed is old and slumps in the middle making it impossible to sleep along with the lack of AC in the room.

Texas Heat

The Condo's interior is fantastic. We stayed seven days and enjoyed the the area, seafood, the beach and local shops. Tiffany was quick to respond to texts and acted on our concerns immediately. The air conditioning had to be replaced during our stay. But Tiffany and her husband, resovled the issue in a couple of days in the meantime they delivered 3 commerical fans to keep us cool. She did offer to us to stay at a motel or cancel early. These landloards truelywent up and above. Will definitly save in this condo next trip to San Padre Island.

Best Host ever.

Een heerlijk ruim appartement met uitzicht over de oceaan.laat u niet afschrikken door de houten buitenkant binnen is het prachtig. Door prive omstandigheden hadden wij hulp van buitenaf nodig en Steffany de eigenares heeft ons dag en nacht geholpen met adviezen. Nadeel is wel 2 trappen op naar het appartement.

Family Getaway

The condo was so very well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of blankets, pillows, toys, and baby/kid’s supplies. Great utilization of space was excellent for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend staying here. I hope to book again in the future.

Fantastic stay for family

We could not have asked for a more perfectly appointed place to stay with our toddler and infant. They had everything we needed for the baby and plenty of room for the toddler to play when we were not at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We read the reviews prior and knew we had to climb stairs but that was a non issue for us. The only downside was the fact the curtains did not keep enough light out when putting the toddler in bed by 8. Both beds were comfortable, the queen was a bit softer than the king. The hosts were easy to communicate with and so thoughtful! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location with an ocean view.

My family of 5 stayed comfortably in this condo, along with our friends, a family of 4. The condo has two separate bedrooms and a full size couch bed. We used the double air mattress provided in the dining room floor, and brought another double air mattress for the king bedroom floor. Fun times we’re had by all. Don’t let the outside appearance of this older condo deter you. The set up inside is wonderful!!! Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony, watching the ocean waves. Cute little tiki bar located across the adjacent hotel parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed condo near the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated. All appliances and kitchen items we used worked perfectly. Walking distance to the beach and you can see it from the balcony. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Stay for the Whole Family

As soon as we booked the home, Tiffany was available for any and all questions that I had. Well, even before I booked it she answered my questions. Beautiful on the inside and the had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. I could stay here for a girls weekend, with family or just me and my boo. The walk to the beach was easy/short and if you want to drive it’s like 3 minutes. You won’t be disappointed! Book it.

Don’t let the exterior deceive you...

As there are not many reviews on this property I will try to be as detailed as possible. The outside of the building looks sketchy and not very well maintained but inside this unit was a different story. It was very clean, well maintained and homey. Here are our overall thoughts: Pros Proximity to the beach - very walkable Communication with owners - very responsive SUPER clean inside Comfortable beds Newish, clean towels and sheets Well stocked kitchen Great, large balcony with VERY comfy Adirondack style chairs Plenty of seating for meal times at table and 4 bar stools Separate, small Beer fridge :) Ceiling fans in all the rooms Everything worked and was well up kept Cons 3rd floor & no elevator. Would be impossible for mobility impaired - 3 flights of stairs. This was not in the original listing. Wi-Fi. If you NEED reliable internet don’t stay here. I needed it for 2 work commitments and it wasn’t working or was intermittent. We tried to reset the router/modem to no avail. Parking. Too little and so many vehicles that didn’t move the entire 6 days we were there. We parked on the street several days. Mosquitoes- completely out of the VRBO members control but WOW. They were bad. Bring insect repellent. The view from the balcony is nice if you can overlook the dumpsters right behind the building Overall we would stay here again. It was very clean and felt homey. Next time I would be prepared for lots of stairs and no/unreliable internet.
