The condo is nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen, staff at the mayan princess are friendly. The only issue with the condo was the front door is super tricky to open.

Obviously an older condominium. In the front office the AC wasnt working and water dripping from the roof in the recreation room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and comfy condo

My husband and our 4 year old stayed for a few days to enjoy the beach and pools. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots/pans/etc) to cook dinner every night. The beds were comfortable. The location of this condo is nice because you can walk out to the pool through the sliding door but we weren’t right in front of the pool. There is a nice view of the dunes and sunrise. The pools were clean and very warm as it is August. We were kinda bummed out by the beach. There was a lot of tar. Apparently tar from oil spills show up on the beach during the summer. Over all ir eas a really nice stay.

Awesome condo!

Condo was really clean, newly remodeled, decorated very nice. Condo was perfect other than we couldn’t see the beach. We could see the pool and sand dunes. Plus side, we didn’t have to walk up stairs or take an elevator.

Great getaway

Great place to stay it rained the mid way thru our stay and we lost TV during storm and never could connect to internet our entire stay. Needless to say the trip was cut short and we lost a day having no internet was very dissapointing

Secluded beach get-a-way!

Just steps to an almost private beach. Sparkling pools, sunshine, refreshing breezes every single day, cheerful staff and close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We loved the place, very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We were very well accomodated and completely enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Best beach vacay

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start. They answered all my questions and were willing to provide whatever we may have needed for the beach, pool, or condo. Now the condo itself is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfy. The couch was comfy. The shower was cool. My kids loved sleeping in the living room and on the bunk beds. The kitchen is great and well equipped. We only made pizzas in the oven but we had all we needed for that. Everything was very clean. The location on the bottom floor is perfect. Sooo close to the pool and the beach access is super close and easy too. Plenty of things to do around the complex and great restaurants only a short drive away in Port A. The pools were lovely, well maintained, and we spent a lot of time swimming and enjoying the hot tub. The beach is quite nice for the area and was super quiet and empty. It was like having it all to ourselves. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will DEFINETLY be returning here someday.

Beautiful property!

Our family (2 adults and 2 young kids) had an amazing time in this condo! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and it was decorated beautifully. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and the pools were perfect to swim in and lounge by. We loved that each pool had a different depth - the smallest one was 2 1/2 ft - perfect for our youngest to swim without floaties. We will definitely book again the next time we return to the area. Great place for relaxing vacation

The property was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we Took walks every day. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool, but we really like the hot tub! Excellent location to. Halfway between Port Aransas and Audrey which means everything is convenient but less congestion. So here's protests going on

Amazing property, very accommodating. Will definitely return!

Not only was our room super clean, we loved the design and theme. Every employee we had the good fortune of having interactions with was kind and welcoming. In fact, my son forgot his iPad in the room and was absolutely heartbroken. Housekeeping actually turned it in and another member of the amazing staff offered to send it to us. That is truly going above and beyond. You've really made a little boy's vacation 100xs better. Thank you again for everything!

AMAZING PROPERTY... wow! wow! wow!

So me and my girl stayed here; We absolutely loved everything! The condo/unit itself is top rate; Beautifully decorated... Great view (no- you cannot see the ocean- BUT the trade off is that you can walk to the pool with no steps!!!). The bedroom is perfect; we loved the shower! Kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. Location of the unit is super convenient- Open the sliding glass door and you are steps away from the pool; Love it! The walk over the dunes to the beach is super cool- and you have a great rinse off station (for when you come back from the beach). we were completely impressed/100% happy and will definitely be back. The Mayan Princess is a great location- between Port Aransas and North Padre Island- WE SHALL RETURN!

Mayan Princess 106 Great Stay!

Our 1 bedroom/1 bath condo at Mayan Princess was lovely! It had been nicely renovated in the past couple of years. Nice beach decor, comfortable furniture and beds, and all of the kitchen appliances and supplies were in great shape. The 3 pools and hot tub make a nice setting and they are on the beach side of the building. There is a boardwalk to the beach. We greatly appreciated the friendly staff and especially the property manager, Courtney! We didn't have room in our car to bring our beach chairs. She offered to bring some from her house if the condo unit didn't have some and she did! Thanks so much Courtney!

Wonderful place

Excellent place to stay! It was very nice, just steps to the amazing pool, and had its own board walk to the beach. IT was out of town a little and was MUCH quieter with fewer people than other places we've stayed. We will definitely be going back.!
