Be sure to pack your fishing poles and swimsuits, because this home has its own private dock and private 4ft pool.

Walk into a spacious living room with flat screen tv, ample seating featuring large sectional, and recliner perfect for family movie nights or watching your favorite game.

Kitchen is just a few steps away with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and all the cooking essentials needed to make your favorite family meal.

Dining room has views overlooking the canal with a dining table with seating for six and bar area that sits two.

Off the kitchen area is a half bath and laundry room. Laundry room has washer, dryer and another full size refrigerator to hold extra cool beverages.

Master and secondary bedroom are both located downstairs. Masterbedroom has a king size bed, spacious walk in closet and master bath. Master bath has a his and hers sink, stand up shower and private toilet area. Secondary bedroom is a perfect bedroom for the littles with two twin beds and gorgeous views of the pool and canal.

Upstairs are the third and fourth spacious king bedrooms. Secondary full bathroom is also located upstairs. Bathroom has his and her sinks with tub/shower combination tub.

That`s not all, home has two backyard decks overlooking the canal with ample outside seating, bbq grill, a 4ft swimming pool, and your own private dock with fish cleaing station.

Please do not sit on any of the inside furniture or bedding in wet clothes or lay wet clothes or towels on furniture or bedding.

Boat lift and garage is for owner use only.

All trash must be bagged and placed in bin.
Trash day is on Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
