AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, dual ovens, and a refrigerator with built in ice and water dispenser. A large island with seating for four anchors the space, while the dining table seats eight for shared meals and family game nights. Motion activated under cabinet lighting in the bathrooms adds a subtle, thoughtful touch of smart convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Tortuga House offers three bedrooms plus a bonus bedroom with a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 9 guest comfortably . Two king suites on the upper levels provide generous comfort, with three bedrooms featuring private ensuites. Spa inspired bathrooms include rain showers, a luxurious soaking tub, and elevated finishes designed for relaxation. Three bedrooms offer walk in closets.

A pirate themed bunk room on the first floor adds a playful spirit to the home, complete with its own full bath for easy cleanup after beach days. The third floor bonus room functions as an additional bedroom and lounge space, featuring a giant floor poof, queen sleeper sofa, beverage fridge, coffee table for games, and access to a private rooftop porch with Gulf views. Two third floor bedrooms enjoy private balcony access.

GREAT FEATURES: Multiple king suites, spa style baths, smart TVs in every room. Board games are stocked in the dining room hutch and living room for family fun. If a pet is found on the premises, Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals and/or the homeowner reserve the right to immediately evict the renter without refund, at any hour. An automatic, non-refundable penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged to the reservation, along with any additional cleaning or damage fees incurred.
