COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
Quand vous venez à North Padre Island, vous voulez être près de la plage et avoir beaucoup à faire. C'est exactement ce que vous obtenez avec cette retraite d'île! Cette une chambre / une salle de bain, unité au 2ème étage est à seulement 500 pieds de la plage et vous avez un joli sentier de briques directement vers la plage. Les équipements dont vous pouvez profiter ici sont de premier ordre et comprennent une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, un centre de fitness, un sauna, un centre d'affaires, un étang privé, un belvédère et plus encore. Les attractions de la région, comme le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, sont à une courte distance en voiture. L'aquarium d'État du Texas et l'USS Lexington sont à seulement 15-20 minutes. Si vous souhaitez jouer au golf, le club de golf de classe mondiale Palmilla se trouve à seulement 15 minutes. Si vous préférez rester à l'extérieur, le parc national Padre Island Seashore et le parc national de Mustang Island se trouvent à 15 minutes.

INTÉRIEUR
Le condo lui-même a été magnifiquement remodelé avec de nouveaux meubles intérieurs, des éclaboussures de carreaux, de la peinture fraîche et plus. Il a un joli thème côtier et pourra facilement accueillir 4 adultes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. L'unité est livrée avec un réseau wifi privé mais il y a aussi une connexion wifi disponible dans le centre d'affaires et le belvédère à l'usage des clients. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité ainsi qu'un emplacement de stationnement réservé pour votre commodité. Tout en dégustant votre café du matin ou votre boisson préférée du soir, vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique sur les dunes et le golfe du Mexique depuis votre balcon privé.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Nice vacation

Nice location on the property near the pool and short walk to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped and maintained. Even had a small view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

Close to beach. Cute, clean little condo.

It had everything we needed for condo stay. There were extra supplies there, such as trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. It is updated and nicely decorated in a lively, but not tacky beach theme. The best part: The bed!! The bed was so comfortable that I over slept almost every day. And the back pain I had been having went away after one night of sleeping in that bed!

The included amenities on site were very much used and enjoyed by us. We absolutely loved the place. Everything we needed was provided. And it is just a few minutes walking distance to the beach. The place is beautiful and felt very comfy, almost new like.And as a heads up, on the day of check in, I had not received any instructions and emailed property. I immediately received a response. Instructions are sent within 1-2 hours of check in time. Definitely recommend! You won't want to leave.

Nice place to stay near the beach at Corpus Christi

Stayed in a 2nd floor unit. It was as advertised by photos and description. It was tidy, clean and comfortable, and well-maintained . . . the provided sundry items were a nice touch and much appreciated (I did not have to purchase any more of these for my 4 night stay). I really had everything I needed and only needed to consider what I would eat and drink. It was a great spot to relax in between windsurfing sessions at Worldwinds down in the Padre Island National Seashore (only a 15-20 minute drive away).

King bed was super comfortable.The only thing I would caution about is the sleeper couch - it's got a very thin foam mattress and you feel the metal supports underneath, even as a skinny 150lbs person. So don't expect to have two beds like we did since one of us is a restless sleeper. May be ok for one night but we were there seven nights and ended up using our own air mattress.

The place was beautiful and clean . It was a rough start in communicating to get more nights . I had to call after escapes. I had called and spoke to Arianna and she took care of my issues. However, I was looking to book on August and called twice in my stay and spoke to Bryson and still haven’t received any emails of condo rentals ? I wanted to book when I was there. Well needless to say I’m back on VRBO looking for myself. Beach club overall the unit I stayed in was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for the week!!.

We didn’t want to leave!

This property was incredible. I almost don’t want to leave a review about how amazing it is because I want it to always be available when we want to escape to the beach. Perfect location. Forgot it wasn’t a hotel because it was so clean and well run.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful, high tech functional, SO close to the beach. It was perfect for our little family, we had plenty of room, everything we needed was there, we were SO comfortable, BEST sleep I've had at a stay that wasn't my own home, seriously. They were so easy to work with too. When we weren't at the beach or out and about, my kids got to watch TV and play switch while my husband and I got to watch our own TV show in our room. Such a relaxing place to stay, honestly I was happy just being in the condo and wish I had scheduled in more down time! Having the laundry machines in the condo made a huge difference too! No noise from neighbors at all. Highly recommend this place!

Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings and a short walk to (and a view of) the ocean. I bring personal items and coffee, shop for groceries on the island now that the IGA is fully functional, and might leave once every two weeks to enjoy birding, restaurants or live music somewhere else on the island or "over the bridge". Management is a dream to work with both before and during the stay.
