Originally built in the 1950s, with a modern addition in the 1970s, this two-story home is filled with natural light, retro vibes, and modern comforts (3 full bathrooms), making it the perfect escape for families, couples, and nature lovers. With over 1,000 feet of private brook frontage, an expansive deck, and a beautifully curated interior, this home invites you to relax, explore, and unwind.

Inside, the open-concept first floor offers a spacious living area designed for comfort and connection. Large windows and screened windows let in plenty of sunlight throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a Floyd Detroit sofa, a huge flat-screen TV, and a record player with a vast vinyl collection.
