Apartment "Rosengarten" with Shared Sauna, Balcony, Mountain View & Wi-Fi

The cozy 75 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all’Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats create an authentic farm experience. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want a nature-filled holiday in the Dolomites.



Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an extra sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, dish towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, from the balcony.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 p.m. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included; a change during your stay is available for an extra fee. The shared outdoor area offers a sunbathing lawn, garden, barbecue, terrace, and playground. Covered bike storage and a heated room for ski equipment are available. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee.



The area offers numerous hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots. In winter, you can reach the Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm ski areas in 25–30 minutes. Steinegg has two small grocery stores for daily needs. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
