'Perfectly positioned to explore the old town and walk out to Mon Repos. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep but no problem with noise. Really comfortable bed and excellent shower. Most importantly the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not sure where to stay? Stay here!!'

'Amazing apartment! Very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and the Old Fortress. Only a minute walk away from many shops and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive the whole time and super helpful! Great spot for a family or friend’s getaway.'

We had to resort to going to the cafe next door to get internet. The access to the apartment was precarious with suitcases. We were on the third floor and the stair case was old and it had very narrow steps. Unsuitable for anyone with a cane (as I have),small children elderly or mobility issues. 'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing. We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. After just one night, the second toilet also stopped working, leaving us with no functioning toilets in the room. Initially, no solution or assistance was offered...
