Villa Bella Vista Corfu – A Luxurious Retreat with Breathtaking Views

  • Villa Bella Vista ligt op een prachtige locatie, vlak bij de rand van het gehucht Kremithas boven Kassiopi, en biedt een prachtig uitzicht over het landschap en over Kassiopi naar de zee. Deze uitzichten zijn vooral indrukwekkend vanaf het grote gedeeltelijk schaduwrijke terras aan de woonkamer dat ideaal is om buiten te dineren.
    Bella Vista, een ruime en comfortabele villa sfeervol ingericht, met prive zwembad. Het zwembad is omgeven door een houten terras van 100 m² en het terras biedt een ingebouwde barbecue.

    Tijdens de winter van 2018 hebben we de villaverbeteringen voortgezet en de bovenste verdieping is gerenoveerd met twee slaapkamers (een met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een met tweepersoonsbed) met een eigen badkamer. De nieuwe badkamer is echt luxueus met calacatta-marmer aan de muur en veel moderne verlichting. We zijn erg blij met de resultaten.

    Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van individueel regelbare airconditioning.

We had such an incredible stay at Karlos and Mariliz’s home. They were so gracious and allowed us to have the most wonderful time. The house keeper and her daughter were also wonderful to us and greet us and provide ideas of where to go. The pool was absolutely incredible and was used everyday. We loved cooking our meals there as well. It was our home away from home and it exceeded our expectations. Absolutely wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

This property was amazing. It's tucked away in a quiet little hillside but easily accessible to all that Corfu has to offer. They took great care of us while staying there as well. I would highly recommend this Villa for groups of friends, couples, families, etc., plenty of room.

The villa provided the perfect setting for Our holiday with three grown up Children plus their friends. Good seating area to Accommodate all 8 of us. Perhaps could benefit from more direct route to pool area and bbq as long walk carrying food!

Elavated position with breathtaking views. Villa is spacious and comfortably furnished. Large outdoor dining offering options for shade. Owners were very responsive and helpful in all our communications. Can thoroughly recommend.

Our family of 10 had an incredible stay at Villa Bella Vista in Kremithas. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views we enjoyed every day. It’s spacious, spotless, and offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend quality time together.The location is ideal—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to Kassiopi, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local shops. It’s perfect for exploring the northeast side of Corfu while still feeling like a secluded retreat.The host was exceptional. Communication was seamless from the moment we booked, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, they made our stay even more enjoyable.A rental car is essential, as the villa is tucked away on a quiet hillside. Having one makes it easy to reach beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and explore the island. The drive is absolutely worth it for the stunning views and peaceful setting.We made wonderful memories here and would happily return. Amazing location and welcome

This was a perfect place to stay with five teenagers. The villa has a great view and is in a very quiet location but just a five minute drive from the viallage of Ágios Stephanos. There is a large pool and a ping pong table to keep you occupied. Karolos and his mother were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Good WiFi if you need it. Inside some bits of the villa a bit rustic but that was part of its charm. We would certainly go back.

Best Hosts

First of all, the host, Karolos and his mother, are the best. We got lost on the way from the airport but Karolos phone us and told us to stay where we were. He came late at night and led us to the vllla. In the days that followed they continued to check on us to make sure we were in need of nothing. The villa it self is well appointed and has i views of the straights of. Corfu and Albania. The villa was comfortable and clean as well as coming with a maid complement. The wonderful town of Kassiopi is only minutes away with many great restaurants. And even closer is a small village with a wonderful pastry shop that we visited every morning for coffee and pastries. This villa is absolutely a find for people who like quality!!

Excellent Villa with beautiful views

This is a lovely little villa that comfortably suited the 8 of us. The views are beautiful from the large terrace as well as from the pool deck. The outside space is small but excellently arranged with two options for outdoor dining and BBQs. Several bedrooms have been recently refurbished and in general they are all in good condition. The living, dinning, kitchen area is large and well equiped. There is still a little work being done and a neighbouring construction, but neither interfered with our holiday. It is set on a steep slope, so not at all suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Secure car parking for two cars. Easy access to several lovely beaches and towns. You do need a car though. Karolos was excellent throughout, from his warm welcome through to his recommendations for restaurants and boat hire. We would definitely recommend.

Terrific villa with stunning views, design touches and great base from which to explore Corfu

The Villa exceeded our expectations and was very well suited to our week together as two families with teenage kids. The sleeping arrangements with ensuite bathrooms and balconies provided good private areas as well as the great entertaining spaces both at pool level with the outdoor barbeque and dining table as well as the very large main outdoor area. The views out to the sea and across to Albania are truly unforgettable and we spent many nights watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bed rooms have air conditioning if required. Karolos was a great host, very responsive and as an architect he has made a number of thoughtful renovations with some nice design touches. And the green egg was a delight for a number of barbeque evenings. The larger town of Casiopia is less than 15 minutes drive and has a nice harbour, tavernas, bars for a fun night out. Local supermarkets are just down the hill and we had some great days at the local beaches. Katie's Boats is also recommended at Agios Stefanos harbour for boat hire. No complaints - which is rare. A highly recommended villa for a visit to Corfu.

Wonderful Holiday

We have just returned from 10 days in Corfu, staying at Villa Bella Vista. Everything about our trip was perfect - the villa is just beautiful as well as extremely comfortable and we will never forget the amazing views across the sea towards Albania. Karolos and Mariliz could not have been more helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!

Maison de grande qualité a la vue unique

Grande maison spacieuse bien agencée permettant à chacun d avoir son indépendance. Prestations de qualité. Vue magnifique sur le golf de kassiopi et l Albanie. Belle piscine avec vue sur la mer. Deux terrasses permettant d avoir deux lieux différents pour les repas. Propriétaires tres sympathiques parlant un excellent français et faisant tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Maison au calme dans un village au milieu de nombreux chemins de randonnée et des oliviers. Premières belles plages a 10 minutes en voiture. Ports tres agréables ( san stephano notamment). Une déception, si il y a de nombreux loueurs de bateaux moteurs aucun moyen de faire de la voile. C est bien dommage pour les enfants. Il faut que la commune investisse un peu....habitants locaux chaleureux et acceuillants.

Stunning Villa!

We enjoyed this beautiful villa with friends for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The villa's location is perfect with a stunning view over the sea, excellent pool area and terrace. The lovely town of Kassiopi is nearby where you find everything you need. The standard of the villa was excellent. Karolos and Julie took really good care of us. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely come back in the future!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick

Wir waren zu zehnt in dem Haus. 4 Pärchen und 2 Kinder. Die Aufteilung war perfekt. Jeder hatte sein eigenen Bereich mit Bad. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. 2 mal die Woche kam eine Putzfrau und hat alles tip top sauber gemacht. Klare Empfehlung.

Der Urlaub in der Villa war rundum gut. Es ist sehr geräumig dort und die Kommunikation mit Karolos und Julie hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der Blick von der Terasse ist atemberaubend schön und ich kann diese Villa nur jedem empfehlen.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est splendide, beaucoup d’espace, très bien aménagée, et cette vue... juste magnifique. Au calme tout en état proche de la ville de Kassiopi, l’endroit est idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Dommage que la météo n’est pas été de notre côté, il faudra revenir! :-) Un grand merci aux propriétaires et à Karolos, aux petits soins pour nous. C’est un plus! :-)

Unforgettable stay

The villa was perfect. The scenery and the house itself were the highlights of our trip. It had everything we needed and we were really able to enjoy the wonderful offers of the north east island from there. Conveniently close to the nearest town Kassiopi and a lot of taverns shops and night life. Lovely quiet location with gorgeous views, very comfortable furniture and spacious bedrooms with en - suite bathroom and air conditioning. The villa was very clean. The pool was ideal. It was cleaned and looked after well. Nice Barbecue area!! The owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended us taverns, shops beaches, day boat hire. He also allowed us to keep the villa until the afternoon on the day we left. That was very good for us. Our stay was unforgettable!!!!

Stunning property, magical setting

My wife and I enjoyed this beautiful villa with friends for a week of absolutely idyllic luxury and privacy. The villa's location could not be better, with fabulous easterly views out over the sea (perfect for Sunrisers), very easy to get into Kassiopi and lovely countryside to explore all around. The standard of the villa was excellent and little touches such as fresh towels and bedding every few days made the stay so relaxed. Karolos is the most helpful person you could want to rent a villa from and always on hand if you need anything. We will definitely be back in the future.

Magnifique villa vue imprenable

La villa est idealement située à 40 min de Corfou ville et à toute proximité des plages plus exclusives de la baie de Kassiopea. Excellents restaurants a proximité. La villa est très propre et bien entretenue tant par le jardinier que le pisciniste ou la femme de ménage que nous avons vus régulièrement tout au long de nos 15 jours sur place. L’endroit est un peu retiré et extrêmement au calme. La propriétaire et son mari parlent un excellent français et pourront vous donner de nombreux tuyaux sur place. La vue sur Sandande en Albanie juste en face est tout simplement magique. 2 BBQ dans la maison. Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances et y reviendrons avec enthousiasme.

Einfach wunderbar!

Hier stimmt einfach Alles! Sehr schönes, geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen, der Terrasse und vom Pool ist überwältigend. Man ist schnell an schönen Stränden oder Buchten mit dem schönsten, saubersten Wasser. Julie und die Besitzer kümmern sich rührend um alle Belange im und rund um das Haus. Meine Freunde und ich hatten drei wunderbare Wochen!

A dream...............

The property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained and equipped. The view is just something else. There were only 3 of us staying there but there is so much room for many more. Karalos is a wonderful host. If we needed anything he was always on the other end of the phone helping. The pool is beautiful and lights up at night. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Karalos :-)

Great location, comfortable villa

Would definitely recommend this villa. Fabulous views over the sea and Albanian mountains from all rooms (except one bedroom). Well worth the fairly steep, narrow 800m off the main road. Kremythas is a tiny, ancient village with no other villas we could see, quaint but with no facilities at all. Quiet and untouristy, you feel you are off the beaten track. Area superb - both Kassiopi and San Stefano gorgeous, within 10 mins drive and with every facility you could want. Villa is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Both the owner and the housekeeper were super-helpful. This is not a modern, newly built villa (and the reasonable price does reflect this) so, whilst some areas have been modernised, there are parts which are in need of TLC: only 2 of the 5 shower units is wall-mounted, the wooden pool deck needs some knocking in of loose screws and some new furniture, as well as a bit of weed-killer. Villa is also not suitable for the very young or old - there are 35 stone steps down the outside of the building to access the pool deck and only the last few have a hand rail.

Perfect!

We were a group of 7 adults and we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellavista. The property is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the pool is perfect, the view is stunning and the owners are so kind and nice, ready to help you whenever you need. We really enjoyed our holiday!!
