'Have used VRBO many times in the past. Never have we had to go out and buy our own hand soap, trash bags and basic salt and pepper. We found only 1 dish towel and there was only 8 settings of silverware (kind of tough when advertised for "sleeps 13") Understand that traveling in May is iffy for pool use but it had not been cleaned, someone showed up on the second day to clean and the next day the water was black. The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access.
