'I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! 'The property is amazing everything kept. At first we were worried about the shared space but it was no problem plenty of room and there is shared food which was a help. Shaggy and Rovie are excellent hosts and they keep you informed of every dive or boat trip. The boat trip was great because we weren’t with the cruise ship tourists and did everything at our leisure. 'Condo Kai was perfect for my family of 3. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was also located in a very quiet area and close to some attractions like the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery Cove. Wonderful view of the ocean from the large porch on the top floor. Pool is beautiful too. Building looked new and well maintained. Loved the location. Could drive to 7 mile beach in minutes. 'This was a great place to stay close to the water, dining, and scuba diving. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship areas in this quiet gated condominium complex. The unit itself was very well stocked with all we needed, was very clean and comfortable and has a great private backyard with a gate that leads right to the pool.
