Location was great, space was nice, but communication was poor incorrect key code to get in to room. Parking information and area to park was poorly indicated. When communicated to management we had not received the parking pass to display on dash and we had received 100 ticket it was slow to have answer delay from HOA then taken care of but still receive additional parking tickets then were told at the end of stay we were in the wrong lot and parking lot was described as open lot address was on beeler and we parked in beeler lot so Copper management charged us total 300 so not too happy
