Mountain Chalet Right Next To The Lift! 39B

  • This gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom town home is only steps away from the Union Creek Chairlift and the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers and riders! Lower level: The entry level of this home is on the ground floor, with access to the garage and front door. The downstairs bedroom has 2, Twin over Queen Bunk Beds and a full bath. There is direct access to the private outdoor hot tub.

    2nd Level: Large great room complete with a surround sound system. Full bath on this level as well as large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This great room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large island and breakfast bar as well as large dining area. There is also a full bathroom.
    3rd Level: Master Suite with king bed, gas fire place, and wonderful view overlooking the chairlift and Ten Mile Creek. The Master bath has a nice soaking tub and walk-in shower with rain shower head. 3rd bedroom has a Double size bed and full bath in the hallway. The 4th bedroom has Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. There is a full size washer and dryer on this level as well.
    There is parking in the large, private 2 car heated garage, which has plenty of room to store all your gear for you to enjoy in the Rocky Mountains!
    West Village chairlifts and base area do not open until the Christmas/New Years Holiday travel time, typically the 3rd week of December. West Village base area and chairlifts typically close the first week of April. Early and Late Season guests will be able to use the free "Copper Coach" shuttle to get to Center Village for skiing and riding. Another option is to walk along the bike path to Center Village, a 5-10 minute walk. Parking: Two cars may be parked in the private garage attached to unit and one additional vehicle parked directly behind garage door. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Alpine Lot.

Great house for our annual family ski trip. There was plenty of room to prepare and serve meals in the kitchen/dining area. Great living room with plenty of seating. Overall a good experience for all involved.

Family ski trip

Great location! It is in walking distance to both ski lifts and shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone and a nice kitchen and family area. The kids loved the hot tub and used it every day after skiing. The heated garage and parking for three cars was a bonus!

Favorite place in Copper

We love this place! West village is ideal for all levels of skiers bc it is easy access to all villages via the lifts, which is a short walk from the condo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Sky Run management was great to work with for any issues we had which were minimal. They were quick to respond and helped us with any questions. Would definitely book again!

enjoyed our stay but the photos do not accurately show the inside of the property. carpet , colors, etc are a bit dated in comparison to the photos used to advertise the property. otherwise we enjoyed the stay and location. creek outside and hot tub was best feature!

Awesome place with ski-in and ski-out!

Really beautiful property and perfect for Our family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to streamline the process where guests don’t have to go to a location to pick up a packet to check in. Provide the code to get in remotely. We arrived late night and would be helpful to go straight to property vs to go to a different location to get a packet to get a code

Perfect Base Camp

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved opening the windows to hear the creek. Lots of nearby hiking and fishing. Plenty of fun things to do in the resort itself. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the place was stocked with the cheap paper and bath products and the cheapest trash bags ever created; the kind that are so thin they tear if you put another empty trash bag inside of it. So consider this condo BYOB- Bring Your Own Bags.

Great property and wonderful management company

Very nice unit - great setup with kids on lower floor all to themselves and 3 couples on upper floor - 4 full bathrooms made morning and evening getting-ready a breeze. Great ski-in/out access, parking for 3 vehicles, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, everything needed for an easy vacation. Our 3 families loved it. Can't wait to come back next ski season!

Fantastic Rental!

Our stay at this townhome was nothing short of fantastic. The property is beautifully appointed and well maintained. There was so much room to spread out and afford everyone in our group privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. The balcony was used for dining and plenty of group conversation. The property backs up to the bike/hike trail and afforded great people watching! The creek was running high and was great to listen to. Skyrun management checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was going smoothly. The check in/out process was quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 39B and would not hesitate to rent again!

Location, Location, Location!

First time staying at Copper, this unit was in a great location. So convenient to walk the kids to ski school in the AM, the location was just awesome. The unit was spacious for 2 families, kitchen was well equipped. The beds and bedding were not as nice as we'd hoped for- the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bedding dated. We couldn't get the hot tub over 99 (to be fair, we should have called to have it fixed, but we didn't). Only other minor complaint was the kitchen trash can, bags kept ripping and was messy! Overall with those improvements this would be an outstanding property. Check in and check out were easy, too.
