This spacious one bedroom is crisp and clean, cute as a button and ready for your comfort and privacy. Village location. Your own parking space, only steps from your door.
Fully outfitted kitchen. Enjoy a fully functional and well supplied kitchen.
Microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, new stove/oven and new full-sized fridge.
Basic cooking oils and seasonings are supplied.
Apt. stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and TP.
Spacious and bright.
Enjoy your own private, keyed entrance and a parking space only footsteps from your door.
Property is located within the village, a few doors down from First Methodist of Cooperstown. Nearest ATM is across the street at Bank of Cooperstown ( next to NYP Pizza). CVS and Stewarts and Taylors ( gas stations) are all right there.
Walk to all of Cooperstown's restaurants and Main Street attractions. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field are within a 5 min. walk.

Child-friendly. Child safety locks and outlet covers throughout. Floor mattresses and extra linens available. (Add'l guest per night fee will be added for use of extra linens. )
Close to Bassett Memorial Hospital, CVS and Price Chopper grocery store. Also nearby are Cooperstown Natural Foods and the fabulous Cooperstown Farmer's Market ( Tues. and Sat.) Easy living!
The best pizza place in town (NYP) is practically across the street!
Queen -sized mattress in Master BR. Full sized pull out couch. Additional foam twin mattress available. Spare sheets, pillows and blankets stored in Master BR closet.
Ideal for family of 3 or 4. Additional mattress may be arranged.
Crib, "pack 'n' play" , high chair and umbrella stroller all available ( upon request).
The property is not wheelchair accessible, however, we have assisted with individuals that are able to walk a short distance.

Getaway to Upstate NY

We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! We had a relaxing and refreshing getaway!

HOF Visit

The apartment was just as described and reviewed! Very clean and cozy! The host was very helpful and immediately responded to our TV questions, since we hadn’t used ROKU before and needed to see MLB playoffs and NFL! The Queen bed was very comfortable, I need to find the brand name! The location is convenient too. Overall, this is a perfect alternative to a motel for two.

Wonderful Fall Weekend!

My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to Cooperstown and found this listing. It was absolutely perfect! Wonderful location. VERY comfortable. Clean. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and bathroom towels. I wish I could give it a higher rating than 5 stars! Even stocked with coffee for the cool Fall mornings. If you are looking around, no need to search any further. You found it!

Awesome guest house in center of Cooperstown

Off you’re going to visit Cooperstown and you don’t value the $5 continental breakfast made of starch, fat and powdered eggs that you can get at the big chain hotels for a resort fee secretly passed on to you…. Then this is the place! Full kitchen, nice quiet spot with off street parking. You can’t go wrong, and you can use the full kitchen to make your own home cooked meals!

Great spot in Cooperstown

We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee.

My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating. The bed/bedding is super comfortable; the living room is modern, fun and comfortable; the kitchen is adorable and stocked with essentials; the bathroom has nice toiletries, soft towels, and a fabulous waterfall shower. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, the hospital and pharmacy. A perfect little home away from home!

Exceeded our expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in this updated first floor apartment. The owner did a great job remodeling this older home and providing everything needed for a great stay! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and it checked all of our boxes. -Immaculately clean -Bed is comfortable and linens/towels are soft -Easy check-in/check-out -Great location -Lots of ways to keep temperature comfortable -Well stocked but not cluttered -Lots of storage (not all is shown in the photos) As an added bonus, we love when there are plenty of hooks and a full length mirror, and this rental had both. We arrived late and enjoyed just being able to walk over to the pizza place since we weren't familiar with the area yet. Thanks for everything!

TWO THUMBS UP!!

This VRBO rental process was easy and the unit itself was wonderful! The communications between us and the owners was always prompt and clear. We had no problems at all checking in the unit. It was located just minutes from the downtown area we wanted to spend time. The unit was spotless, well decorated and had a FANTASTIC MATTRESS! We slept like logs all four nights. Even though it sitson a busy street, we heard very little traffic after 10 pm. Our host provided excellent hospitality via text messages. We weren't able to meet facebto face but that didn't matter. I HIGHLY recommend this unit if staying in Cooperstown, NY.

We loved the property! We are from Northern Ontario, Canada travelling for my husbands 50th birthday. The owners were pleasant, the property was perfect, we were able to park the car and walk wherever we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!!

Great Place to Stay!!

Stayed at this place while our son was playing in Cooperstown. Close to Dreams Park (10 min drive). Very close to downtown Cooperstown (within walking distances). Pizza shop on the corner was very good. Home was very clean and had everything you needed. Towels, sheets, coffee, even an extra toothbrush in case you forgot one. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washer/dryer…owners even left detergent!!! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in Cooperstown

To start off the space is super clean. Decorated cute as a button & had everything needed for a long weekend. Door side parking & a short stroll to everything in town. Totally recommend this one for a visit to Cooperstown. We walked everywhere! Check in was smooth & owner was available to answer any questions. My husband is in love with the mattress!
