'We just cannot say enough about this amazing property, from the gorgeous and spacious home, to the peaceful and beautiful surrounding property. 'Overall, things were very nice. A couple of things that would make things better: the beds are past their useable life. Everyone struggled to get comfortable and when they did, woke up with back pain. The rugs slid very easily, should have backings to keep them from sliding.'

'The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will, as my brother lives only 10 minutes away.'

'From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home.'

'We arrived for a 2 day bike trip on the Allegheny Trail. Unfortunately, the weather chose not to cooperate. The house was so clean and would be perfect for anyone who wants to bike the trail.We left a day early because the severe rain, there was no chance of biking. We are hoping to be back to bike in the near future.'

'We were looking for a quiet location, close enough to civilization, yet far enough away from the noise. This is it. An enjoyable Friday through Monday stay. Clean and well kept, as well as well appointed. The hosts are fantastic, and the hiking was grand. The library of books is wonderful, and the selection of videos is eclectic. 'This was a gem! We booked it last minute for the eclipse. I did not expect an entire apartment for the price I paid! 10/10 great room, comfy bed (that's a lot coming from an insomniac) kid and parent approved breakfast, nice communal space and well Located. 'The staff was amazing. This hotel is in DIRE need of some love. Rooms are old and falling apart. I booked a room “with a fridge” only to arrive and find my room did not have one. I had medication that needs refrigeration . I was switched to a new room, but it smelled so bad I couldn’t stay. Moved back to original room and just used ice overnight to keep my medication cold. If I wasn’t in the middle of a 2000 mile trip and exhausted, I would have found a new room. '

'The staff was pleasant and friendly but the hotel was not up to par. Room was clean but needed TLC , the floors were nice with vinyl hardwood so that was a plus( I don’t like carpet in hotels!), most areas were in process of some type of either demolition or construction ( really couldn’t tell) it was non smoking but smelled of smoke in the halls, which wafted into our room.
