Breakfast selection was fine. However, room furniture was worn out and clunky. The entire drape holding system fell down when I tried to pull the curtain. Staff handled the situation promptly and I was assigned to another room. However, the air conditioning system in the new room wasn't working and one of the windows was cracked. Also, water pressure in the shower was so low that the shower was barely usable. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Fairly well located, about 10 mins walk to the beach and the same from the bus stop. Very large room, decent amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast food. The lake and park adjacent to the hotel are in poor conditions.

I thought the hotel and staff were fine, enjoyed my stay there. Property is convenient to the beach and a very nice new mall within short walking distance. 8th floor dining and scenic view was also very nice. A turn off was the immediate area around the hotel and bay so to speak. This area was dirty and ran down with very little upkeep. Trash in the water, dilapidated walkways and grass not maintained. Now I am sure that is a city responsibility but mentioned because it takes away from the hotel. I suppose the noise from the 7 days a week carnival set up in the parking lot next door could be a turnoff as well for some as it is very bright and noisy, however it did NOT bug me at all and was neat to look at through my window.

A very nice experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with so many choices too much food to eat. What improvements can we make? Well sign posting was pretty bad it took me a long time to find the hotel. It’s a summer resort so there’s lots of noise outside at a neighborhood bar until 1 AM. Other than that not much of anything bad that I can imagine.

Väldigt fint och nära till stranden . Lite svårt att hitta ditt med bilen på kvällen. Skylt till infarten är inte belyst på kvällen. Frukosten var helt ok. Rent o väldig fint hotellrum. Prisvärd !!!

Chambre réservé a 614 euros pour 3 nuits, payé a la reception 661euros. Deuxième chambre réservé a 127 euros et payé 166 euros. Arnaque... 91 euros de plus avec le pretexte : cours de change RON EUROS. Pourtant, j'ai payé en euros!!!

This property is a bit off of the beaten path, which might have been okay, had the road to it not been completely flooded the entire time we were there. I would recommend not staying here unless you really like loud music being played until at least 11 pm every night. They seemed to have a great deal of difficulty getting the card reader to work properly in the bar and there were no room service menus.

Breakfast selection could be better. If you arrive after 9:30, considering that breakfast ends at 10:30, you end up just with the leftovers and the majority of the items are not stocked up or even cold in the case of omelette and sausages. The breakfast personnel should be more motivated in helping people, considering that nowadays there aren’t that many anyways. Overall, decent stay in constanta.

Alles sehr gut, trotz COVID-19
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider waren wegen COVID-19 nur wenige Gäste im Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und man wurde von den Kellnern bedient.

Rooms are clean, staff was very kind and helpfull for everything. Altough the rooms are very big from standarts it needs some more furnitures for use. The carpets needs to be changed. Anyhow generally was very good.
