'Front desk associate on Monday morning is a complete fail. Don’t stay there if you need an hour late check out. I have arranged 12pm checkout 3 separate times as I have 11am conference call and travel to Manchester for business. I have been told no issues for the hour late check out. While on my conference call front desk has called the in room phone telling me check out is at 11 am and they are charging me additional fees. 'The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in and were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors were nasty. The hallways smelled like weed every day and didn’t appear to be cleaned either. The facility itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. To make matters worse, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including TVs and...
