'No HOT water at all. No shower available but luckily it was a very short stay. Booked through a third party so they said they couldn’t do anything for us beside some added reward points. The hotel was under construction but the room was spacious, clean and AC worked great. The breakfast is included but barely edible. The staff for the most part was nice with 1 exception… the front desk woman at check in definitely didn’t want to be there but the construction was so noisy you couldn’t really...

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

'Everything was good. They had coffee pods in my room but I was missing a coffee maker. It was no big deal as coffee was available in lobby and breakfast. I assume if I had asked they would have gotten coffee maker for me. That was the only minor issue. Otherwise, the stay went well. The hotel has everything you need. Breakfast was good. Location works. The room was clean and all good. The hotel is a bit dated but no issues due to that. I would stay again.'

'Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.'

'This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.'

'I have stayed at this property a few times. When I come to the area it’s my first choice place to stay. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are also very clean. The location is convenient, as well as walkable distance to shopping and great restaurants.'
