'It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. 'Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. 'This magnificent building has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard. Our room was superb, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Parking right outside the front door at £4.00 for 24Hrs. A tip; when you drive out, don't try to go out the same way as you come in as there are spikes to prevent you from doing so. You actually drive out through what looks like it is the church grounds.'
