The Safe Harbor Home is a newly-renovated home featuring gleaming hardwood floors, a new kitchen, bathroom, and refreshed bedrooms. This minimalist, Japandi-inspired home is one-of-a-kind in the area, providing a comfortable, inviting, and uniquely styled atmosphere.

The Space

The Dining Room: Enjoy meals at the 6-person dining table set, complete with a ready-to-use liquor cabinet and bartender kit for your enjoyment.

The Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals during your stay.

The Living Room: A comfortable space featuring a couch, a reading chair, plenty of books, and a 43` TV. Enjoy beautiful, peaceful light during the daytime. (Note: Gas fireplace is not currently in working order).

Kayaking: The Conestoga River is just across the road from the village, a one-minute drive, making it ideal for kayaking. It`s easy to launch from Safe Harbor Park, and from the Conestoga, you can easily access the Susquehanna River, into which it flows. If you have a boat, the Pequea Boat Launch is just 10 minutes away. Ask about kayak rental recommendations!

Guest Access
All areas of the house are accessible for guests. Any excess supplies are strictly off-limits unless permission is explicitly given to the guest.

The home is located in a historic `hamlet` called Safe Harbor Village, built in the 1930s. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet. There are sidewalks all throughout the village, walking trails in the nearby forest, and a local park across the street. Both vehicular and pedestrian traffic is minimal.

Things to Note:
• Pet fees must be paid prior to arrival and noted on your reservation.
• Cellular connection: Depending on your provider, you may have little to no cell service in the village where the home is located. Verizon customers usually experience more issues here than AT&T or T-mobile.
• The driveway is shared by two houses, but there is a designated parking spot next to the garage (pictured). The garage can fit a car, but nothing larger than a sedan. If you have more than two cars, please reach out for directions on where to park.

- Only dogs are permitted as pets. No other animals (cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, or any other pets) are allowed on the property.
- Dogs must be registered and the pet fee paid in advance. Undeclared dogs, or any other pet species, will incur a $300 fine.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
