'Slightly on the edges of tourist town but only a 10 minute walk to anywhere in town. Aircon could be better, and is only in kitchen/living room, not bedroom, but spacious and nice enough and will obviously depend on your budget range. Kitchen pretty well equipped but as in most Galápagos Islands self catering is a bit tricky due to supermarket supply options, however meals in town can be relatively cheap options, especially menus del día, so overall not much saving to be had by self catering.'

'Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁. If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜. 'We loved the staff! I got injured because I rolled my ankle down the street from the hotel and fell on my leg. It was pretty cut up from the gravel. 'Amazing! A block to the beautiful beach! Restaurants right out the door! The most delicious and beautiful breakfast on the islands included! Jose is a wonderful host, the personality here matches the beauty of Isabela. So sweet. We even enjoyed just hanging out on the front porch watching Island life. Walk to food markets, and even a local food court nearby (don’t skip the bakery, Panaderia). We didn’t want to leave Isabela or Jose’s, La Gran Tortuga!'

'Nice place to stay, close to restaurants and with very friendly staff. They also offer breakfast if ordered the night before. The only problem for me was the shower, it got so hot mid shower that it burned my foot, so you have to keep an eye on it, my family was ok. '

She helped us organize taxis around town and even asked us upon check in if we needed breakfast early any days because of early morning tours. Ontbijt was aan de achterkant in een relatief sfeerloze zaal waarbij het zonde is dat ze dit niet aan de voorkant doen zodat je het uitzicht hebt. Owner wanted to charge $10 per day for beach towel per person. No shampoo provided just soap bars. They wanted to charge us half a day for late checkout. She was helpful calling a cab. Pictures poorly depicted actual place. If you need anything office is locked so you need to go across the street to the bar. No food at premises. Poor value. Cheaper...
