'What an amazing place to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday! We had plenty of space & really enjoyed the outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Donny was an awesome host! Communicated clearly leading up to our stay & made sure we had everything we needed once we arrived (including ice). 'Nice property with easy river access! Had everything we needed and quick drive to Garner State Park! Even with levels low this year, water behind house and you are able to float. Very quite and relaxing part of Frio out your back door.'

'We had 17 in the group mostly family and few friends. This place is about 30-min from Uvalde in a remote area by the river. We stayed in the Ranch Lodge that accommodate upto 18 people. Overall, the group enjoyed viewing the Solar eclipse, playing pickle ball, kayaking, s'mores and golf carting. Cyndy, the facilities manager and her partner Pat were extra nice, met our requests promptly and gave us good guidance about nearby restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the viewing solar eclipse...
