'Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room'

'We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times. '

'Location very good, could do with kitchen area ,clean and tidy and value for money . No issues 8 out of 10'

'The property is located in a nice area, and the staff were friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who was extremely kind and welcoming. However, it’s important to know that this is not really a traditional hotel. There are only a few rooms located above a restaurant, and we stayed in their most expensive room option. Unfortunately, the room itself is why I would not stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and made a loud noise with every toss and turn, which made it difficult to get a good...

'Perfect location in Como. Close by restaurants, the lake and about 15 minutes walk to Como head station S.Giovanni. Restaurant in this hotel is very good in a stylish surrounding. They also have a nice cocktail bar where we had some drinks, with an astonishing view over the nice Como Lake, this was fantastic. '

'super hotel'

'Extremely frustrating stay – Poor communication and broken ACI had a very disappointing experience here. Communication with the management was highly difficult throughout my stay. They are incredibly inflexible with check-in and check-out times, and they offer no convenient options for luggage storage, making arrival and departure a massive hassle. Worst of all, the air conditioning did not work during the peak of summer. The issue was never fixed while I was there, and the property refused to...

'Erg schoon en centraal gelegen. Handig voor een citytrip '

'Nieuw gerenoveerd hotel. Geopend in februari 2026.

'A one year old hotel, everything was top notch. Friendly and welcoming personal. '

'The staff knock the door very rude and they open with out permission. We talk to them and we ask for 5 more min and they were pretty mad.'

'Monica was so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. The room, view, and location were all perfect. 10/10 would stay again.'

'Ruim, schoon & creatief ingericht. Top ligging in het centrum van Como. '

'Schoon, mooie details, goede bedden'
