Si vous choisissez d'avoir des animaux domestiques, il y aura un dépôt de garantie remboursable spécifique de 150 € et 35 € de frais de nettoyage pour les allergies aux animaux domestiques qui doivent être payés au centre de résolution lors de la réservation. Vous pouvez utiliser tout le chauffage et la climatisation dont vous avez besoin, mais ceux-ci sont surveillés à distance et au cas où je remarquerais des événements extrêmes comme «24 heures de climatisation avec fenêtres ouvertes», je demanderai un remboursement partiel des frais supplémentaires. N'hésitez pas à me faire savoir si vous avez des besoins particuliers pour un long séjour, nous travaillerons à coup sûr. NETTOYAGE Dans les longs séjours, au moins un nettoyage par mois est obligatoire. Il doit être payé sur place et coûte 55 €.

Smoking NOT allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke in the garden (please be mindful of the neighbours and dispose of your cigarettes thoughtfully) Parties and events are NOT allowed – this is a residential block and we ask all our guests to be considerate of our neighbours. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm. - Check in is between 2pm and 8pm to allow us to have your apartment prepared and be ready to welcome you. Please check out by 10am on day of departure so that we may get the room ready for its next guests. If you need to arrive after 8:00pm we have a late check-in fee and must be arranged and paid in advance. - Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. The apartment is normally prepared for 2 guests using the double bed in the bedroom. - Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment as it was presented to them and therefore, responsible for paying for damages they may have caused during the course of the reservation. - Guests are kindly asked to leave the kitchen in a clean, orderly condition: All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy, all the cookware and tableware washed. All the bins in the rooms and in the bathroom are to be empty - Failure to comply with the rules, particularly excessive noise after 10pm, may result in partial or total retention of the security deposit and / or termination of your stay
