'Complaint: When we booked our room on Expedia we specifically told them My husband is wheelchair bound. The hotel then put us in a “disabled” room grab bars in a step over tub. Not a roll/walk in shower we requested. We were also put on the 3rd floor. Unsafe in case of fire. We left earlier than planned so my husband could go home and shower.'

'Needs clean furniture'

'Ik had dit hotel gekozen vanwege de shuttlebus van vliegveld naar hotel. Bij aankomst op vliegveld na reis van 14 uur bleek deze niet te rijden. Helaas waren er op het vliegveld ook geen taxi’s te staan, en na telefonisch contact ook niet te komen. Uiteindelijk 45 min moeten lopen naar het ‘Airport’ hotel'

'Air conditioning was great. Cleanliness and comfortable could be better. People live there. Very messy. People live there was fighting and had guns in there hands when the elevator door opened. One guy asked me what kind of drugs I was selling as I was walking back to my room. Smoking weed on the balconies. Rooms need to be remodeled. It's close to the airport which is great. But for it marked as a 4star hotel, it could have been more cleaner and safer'

'This hotel is great money for value! Friendly staff, ok room,.... However I would not reccomend to stay at this hotel for more than one night!'

'Great stay.'

'The staff was excellent…friendly, helpful, efficient. We’ve been to Columbia many times and stayed in a number of different places…this Hampton Inn is among the best!'

'i love my stay here. recommended for everyone especially to those who are looking where to stay for fort jackson family day and graduation. Kuddos!'

'Yikes... it was so dirty and did not feel very safe. The room and hallway had a gross smell and we even felt the need to check for bed bugs. It wasn't in a great part of town and just felt dirty and poorly taken care of.'
