'Everything was awesome however, the room tends to get warm during the day and night even though the thermostat states different.'

'We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Finally at 10pm we had to check in at a different hotel because no one was helping us and it was late and our child needed to go to bed. They refused to give a refund because that is their policy. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...

'Prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Ruime woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Je wordt niet dagelijks lastig gevallen door housekeeping (kan desgewenst wel). Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in ondergronds garage. Ligt 50 m van de ski lift en beneden zijn gratis lockers voor je ski spullen. Sneeuwzeker gebied. 'Such a unique place with beautiful rooms! Everything was so clean and the owner made us feel at home. Thoughtful details in the individual rooms and the common rooms! Loved the hot tub at night under the stars! We can’t wait to go back!'

'I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!'

'Fijne kamer. Erg rustig. Goed gelegen. Ruime schone kamer. OK ontbijt. Zwembad stelt weinig voor. Gewoon goed.'

'Very spacious room and Simon at the front desk was awesome. Will be back'

'Mooi hotel, zeer goed ontbijt.'

'Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
