Its stone fireplace and high ceilings make it a space where you'll love to gather after the beach or around a good meal. The separate 28 m² kitchen is fully equipped and designed for sharing simple and convivial moments with family or friends. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 comfortable bedrooms: 3 double beds (160 cm) 2 bunk beds On the first floor, you will find a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, three Additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet. The enclosed 2,000 m² garden, completely private, is a true haven of relaxation. The heated outdoor swimming pool is located in the garden, allowing you to fully enjoy sunny days in complete tranquility. The terrace, stone outbuildings, and private parking for 4 vehicles complete the property. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, port, restaurants, bakery (200 meters away), mini-market, and weekly market. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. A seasonal rental agreement is drawn up before your arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required and returned after your stay, subject to the good condition of the accommodation.
