« Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort an der Ostküste, der touristisch nicht erschlossen ist. Direkt unterhalbe des Hauses brandet das Meer an die Felsen (und ist auch Tag und Nicht zu hören - wir haben es geliebt). Da der Ort direkt unterhalb der Autobahn liegt (die fast nicht zu hören ist bzw. von der Brandung des Meeres übertönt wird), ist die Lage ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen (der unbedingt notwendig ist). »

« Maison très bien située, très au calme avec un très beau jardin et une belle petite piscine. Très bon accueil de Mariela. A su répondre à nos demandes (poêles, saladier manquants). A mis à notre disposition des œufs frais chaque jour. Seul bémol : l’intérieur est très sombre et plus particulièrement les chambres car l’ensemble des murs est couvert de lambris très foncé. Il y avait une odeur persistante et très désagréable à l’intérieur de toute la maison : d’où provenait-elle ?. »

« The villa is a good size and in a quiet area but unfortunately the up-keeping of the property is very neglected. The cleaning wasn’t done properly so they had to re do it the day after we arrived. A few other bits weren’t working (dishwasher and coffee machine). The communication with the property management company was very frustrating as there are too many people involved and lots of miscommunication going on. « Superbe villa avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances optimales dans un cadre retiré et tranquille mais aussi proche de santa cruz. La vue est juste exceptionnelle, la piscine est d’une taille correcte, la literie est de très bonne qualité, il ne manque rien dans la suite parentale avec son jacuzzi.
