'Good breakfast clean rooms'

'room was a great size, kitchen was clean and tidy. The room was near the back patio and there was some kind of party that was blasting music from 6pm-10pm'

'TV did't work and staff couldn't fix it. Water on tile floor from something. Bug crawling around on the wall. Carpet was all wet next to bed. Couldn't run the air-conditioner because it smelled musty. Will never stay there again. '

'It's old school with an elevator. I liked it. I choose stairs for the exercise benefit. Loved the indoor terrarium. Always smells ice. Air conditioner is cold. I liked having the option to open my window too. It was a nice morning. The sun was shining.'

'The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. 'Gunshots in the parking lot right outside my daughter's family's window, followed by huge police presence, a murder and one seriously injured. The police questioned my daughter & son in law. We have stayed here many times, but this was the last. The Speakeasy behind the hotel makes it an unsafe area. '

'Front staff were kind. Room had crumbs on the back of the couch and side table. No fridge in room (Expedia description was wrong). It was a full weekend so it was a bit loud. Breakfast was fine, but they didn’t keep up with restocking near the end of the breakfast time, and hours for breakfast on the weekend didn’t match the website. Convenient location to our activities in Goddard and Wichita. '

'The hot tub was actually in working order with bubbles! It wasn't very "hot". It's out of the hotel's ability to manage parents, the number of children in the hot tub was insane! Ages 3-11. '
