'We spent four nights at the hotel; our room was never cleaned even though I let staff know third day in the morning, and again at night when we came back and room still wasn’t cleaned, every time staff pretended or imaginary notes; because today at checked it was no record of my request; what a surprise!
But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...

'The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.'
