We had a fabulous time in Columbia and this house was perfect. Ryan was a very responsive host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house was spotless and the perfect place to stay for our son's graduation from BCT at Fort Jackson. If I could rate the whole stay better than five stars, I would!! Thanks so much.

OMG!! I love everything about the property from the easy check in to the cleanliness of the entire house that is very spacious to the host leaving detailed instructions / information on what to do and how to do it so as not to fail to do what is right. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone who wants peace of mind. It is indeed 100/10 minus ZERO!!!!

House was perfect! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was spot on. Host sent a list of local restaurants, some that are walking distance before the stay. House is in a well populated area but it’s super quiet, no traffic noise or commotion. Will be staying again when back in the area.

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large dinner one of the evenings. Lots of stores close and convienient. Extra items such folding chairs and a ice chest cooler really helped us as we epent an entire day on the Army base. Property was modern and very clean and the host was super responsive and helpful.
