Our family of 6 (boys 16, 13, 11, 8) stayed first week of October and this place was great. It's 6-7 minutes to town but out in the woods, so you get the best of both worlds. The house itself was amazing. Everything inside is quality - furniture, beds, towels, dishes, coffee maker WITH coffee, internet, etc., etc., etc. Kitchen has everything you would need. We would definitely come back and stay here. The fall leaves were a great sight!
Big Bonus ---- We even got to see the Northern Lights sitting on the deck thanks to the timely message from the host to inform us that the Northern Lights were going to be out that night - bucket list checked. We were getting ready to go to bed, and the message was super timely to allow us to see them. We then spent hours watching, enjoying, and taking photos. The host was also very responsive with a simple question we had at check-in.
