It consists of a fully private, nicely decorated luxury apartment located on the lower level of the house (owners live on top floor) with 2 private entrances (it is not a basement). There are actually 2 suites divided by a common hallway (like 2 hotel rooms across the hall from each other), One suite contains a master bed/bath, full kitchen and the living area. The other suite has 1 bedroom, a full bath, and a living area with a queen sofa bed. Sleeps six. Altogether there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa (full thickness matress), and 2 full baths and over 1600 sq. ft. of living space. Amenities include free Wifi, 55" and three 32" TVs with Roku and cable, DVD, full kitchen, Keurig Kcup and drip brewers, master suite, carport, outdoor patio table, charcoal grill, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, W/D, and many more. There is also a Level 2 EV charger available
You will be within 5 - 10 minutes from the Broadmoor, Ft. Carson, the world famous zoo, Seven Falls, the World Arena, and the beautiful Cheyenne Canyon where you can drive or hike through gorgeous alpine country. There are 2 grocery stores, plus Sam's and Walmart within 2 miles. Also, the Air Force Academy is 20 mins, away.
