Start your mornings with coffee on the deck, spend your afternoons exploring scenic trails and nearby attractions, and come home to enjoy dinner outside on the back deck or unwind by the warm glow of the wood-burning stove. After a day of adventure, this home offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern convenience.

Located near some of Colorado’s most unforgettable attractions, you’ll be just a short drive from Pikes Peak, hiking trails, outdoor recreation, and the shops and restaurants of Woodland Park. After taking in the views from America’s Mountain or spending the day exploring the area, return home for a cookout on the grill, a game night with loved ones, or a relaxing evening by the fire.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of mountain adventures.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, providing plenty of space and comfort for families or groups.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, making it a perfect space for kids, friends, or extra guests.

🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.

This is a pet free home making it a great space for our guests with allergies.

Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors. Outdoors permitted but please be responsible.

Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count & Age Requirement
The number of guests must not exceed 8 or what is listed on your reservation nor shall the guest booking the reservation be under the age of 25, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker, USPS office, or UPS store.

This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
