Our tri-level home is the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family. With approximately 3000 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone! Our wooded property allows for privacy as well as easy access to town. Located just minutes from Paw Paw Lake and Filkins Winery. Pontoon boats can be rented (and delivered to one of dozens of lakes) for a day of fishing or just hanging out at the local Power Sports just down the road. Towing your own boat is an option! The driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles of all sizes. We have a mix of wildlife that can be seen wandering through regularly. Deer, fox, wild turkeys, woodchucks, chipmunks, raccoons and many bird species to name a few.
We provide indoor and outdoor games for days spent in. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings while playing a game of bags, bocce ball, yard dice or ladder toss.
The Weber grill is on the deck for convenient access to the kitchen on the same floor.
The upstairs bedroom is a great place for kids to gather! It sleeps 6 with a space covered in floor pillows and a 40” Samsung smart tv. The upstairs bathroom has a 100 gallon jetted tub with its own dedicated new (installed April 2026) tankless water heater to ensure that it doesn’t run out of hot water! There is a 32” Samsung smart television in the bathroom as well.
The main floor bedroom has a full sized bed that sleeps 2 with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a 32” Samsung smart tv.
Just outside of the main floor bedroom you will find a second living room for relaxing and having conversation. The couch is a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 if you need the extra room.
The main floor is the heart of the house! Here you will find an open floor concept layout. The main living room has an 80” Samsung smart tv and opens to the large kitchen with an island for gathering. It opens to the dining area and second living room as well. You can make your way to the deck from the main living room and relax while having morning coffee.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with a 40” Samsung smart tv. You will also find the laundry and the third bathroom on this floor.
