The comfortable almost 80 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our well-kept holiday home in a convenient location to Cologne. Through the private garden area with a large outdoor seating area and small garden pond, a separate entrance and private parking, it offers families with children as well as business travelers an ideal domicile to relax and feel good.

In the eat-in kitchen for self-catering there is a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with granite worktop, steam cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a counter dining area. A comfortable leather sofa bed in the living room with a large panoramic window and a view of the garden can be used as a bed or just to relax.
The living room has a flat screen with satellite connection, a sofa bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with slatted frame for comfortable sleeping comfort, a living area with a large leather sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a dining area for 6 people. Free WiFi access is available.
In the bedroom there is a motorized box spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), an additional loft bed
(140 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe with full-length mirror and a chest of drawers.
The spacious, naturally ventilated and illuminated bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are available.
All windows have shutters.
The large, fully furnished outdoor seating for 8-10 people invites you to linger.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments.
