The apartment Le Charme Colmarien is a one-bedroom apartment ideally located next to the municipal theater and the Unterlinden museum. This apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay in Colmar with your family for a weekend or more, or for work.



The apartment consists of:

a living room with dining area lounge (single sofa bed) with kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle.

a bedroom with a double bed

a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.



The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the vagaries of an eventful history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector", has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its façade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind. The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous "Virgin with the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity. Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, we fall under the spell of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".



House rule:

This apartment and all the common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ cleaning fees will be charged.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
